Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of analyzing the CPF of teeth of meshing mechanism. SOLUTION: The maximum value of the sum of gaps between adjacent teeth in the meshed condition is calculated based on the result of the dimension examination, and the circumferential peaking factor(CPF) for the maximum value of the sum of gaps is operated. The calculations and operations are repeatedly executed to find the interrelation between the maximum value and the peaking factor. When the result of the shape/dimension examination of teeth is found by utilizing the interrelation, the maximum value of the sum of the gaps between teeth in every meshed condition can be found and the peaking factor can be easily set. In this way, the peaking factor of the meshing mechanism can be set based on the probability distribution of the obtained peaking factor. By using the probability distribution of the peaking factor, the peaking factor with the overhaul taken into consideration is found from the numerical experiment in the Monte Carlo method. By modifying the peaking factor used in the designing of the meshing mechanism to a more realistic value and modifying the peaking factor used for the calculation of the life of the meshing mechanism to a more realistic value, more precise designing and calculation of the life can be realized.
