Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition for washing, especially suitable for removing a make-up foundation, having not only excellent washing characteristics but also relatively less irritative property, so that the composition is suitable to use for a person who has sensitive skin and eyes. SOLUTION: This composition for washing contains an ester, a liquid silcone and a water dispersible component. The present invention discloses the composition which can effectively supply and/or adhere various useful medicinal agents to the inside and upper portions of the skin.
