Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor and weight of a equipment-material in welding process and postheating treatment of a heat treatment rail for reducing operating burden, to prevent from accident and to increase working efficiency. SOLUTION: In an postheating treatment method where a weld zone of a heat treatment rail is air cooled down after re-heating, a pre-heating burner for welding is also used for the postheating treatment in common and the postheating treatment burner is used with an oxygen and propane burner an oxygen pressure 4.0 kgf/cm2 or more and a cooling air amount 2.2 cm3/min. or more are used for the burner.
