PROCESS AND DEVICE FOR STRIPPING SURFACE OF GRANULAR BODY WITH WATER JET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface stripping process for stripping the surface of each of granular bodies with water jets by receiving granular bodies in a water vessel and jetting the water jets under water while agitating the granular bodies so that the granular bodies are repeatedly introduced to the acting positions of the water jets, and the water jets is allowed to uniformly and effectively act on the surfaces of granular bodies. SOLUTION: This device for the surface stripping process is provided with: a water vessel 1; a rotor 3 placed inside the water vessel 1; and water jet nozzles 4 each fitted to the rotor 3 so as to be oriented toward the inner side of the vessel 1. This surface stripping process comprises: receiving granular bodies in a water vessel 1; and jetting the water jets 11 under water while agitating the granular bodies so that the granular bodies are repeatedly introduced to the acting positions of the water jets 11, to allow the water jets 11 to uniformly and effectively act on the surfaces of granular bodies.
