PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a doll with added cherishability by playing natural movement due to a lightweight and simple internal structure in addition to the appearance characteristic possessed by the doll as a cherished article. SOLUTION: This doll 1 having a head 2, a body 3 and a flexible outer skin has a frame 10 which is arranged on the inner side of the body 3, a sliding member 11 which is movable vertically along the frame 10, an activating lever 12 which is mounted laterally movably under side 3b of the body 3 and moves the sliding member 11 by accompanying this activation, and arm members 20 which are divided at least one end to three branches, are fixed with the ends of the respective branches to a left cheek 5b, a mouth 4 and a right cheek 5 and are partly movable in linkage with the sliding member 11 as the sliding member 11 moves. The mouth 4 is opened and closed and dimples 30 are made to appear and disappear by the operation of the activating lever 12.
