SOLUTION: This tool is intended for checking the rotation of a disc blade, has a shape of a pair of pincers and such a structure as to make two rods turnable about the intersecting axis, and is characterized in that one end of each of the rods is served as a nipping part for nipping both sides of the disc blade so as not to be slidable, while the other end as a handle grip grippable one-handed.
