AUTOMATIC FEE RECEIVING SYSTEM, ON-VEHICLE NAVIGATION SYSTEM AND FEE RECEIVING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic fee receiving system capable of paying and receiving a fee for a parking lot or the like through a public radio communication network by utilizing a card capable of specifying an individual by a credit card or the like. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with an on-vehicle navigation system having an operation part, a memory device, a display part, a card interface where a card capable of specifying the individual is inserted, a communication terminal interface, and a communication terminal for utilizing the public radio communication network, and with a digital cache payment corresponding facility side fee receiving device having an operation part, a display part, and a communication device capable of communicating with the communication terminal in the on-vehicle navigation system through the public radio communication network. In the system, the communication terminal in the on-vehicle navigation system and the communication device in the digital cache payment corresponding facility side fee receiving device communicate with each other through the public radio communication network, and the fee can be paid and received based on the card capable of specifying the individual in the on-vehicle navigation system.
