Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diffuse a throwaway electronic ticket, and to disuse a magnetic ticket of a paper medium having various troubles in handling. SOLUTION: This electronic ticket 19 is used as follows. For the first time, the electronic ticket 19 comprising a noncontact IC card or the like is issued from a ticket-vending machine 16 by collecting a deposit 18 and a fare 17. At and after the nest time, the electronic ticket 19 in circulation is re-issued only by the fare 18, and a privilege such as fare discount or the like corresponding to the number of reuse, the accumulated total of the fare or the like is added to a user, to thereby accelerate diffusion of the electronic ticket 19 comprising the noncontact IC card. The user returns the used electronic ticket 19 to the ticket-vending machine 16 at any time and receives the return of the deposit 18.
