Information to compute the assessed price of an automobile to be sold and the selling price of an automobile to be purchased is inputted from the customer side terminal. The price determining factors of the car to be sold and the car to be purchased are numerically expressed in an application program assembled in the server of the administration company based on the information in order to compute a price, and buying and selling timing is determined by the price. Thereby, information about an execution time for buying and selling advantageous to the customer side is transmitted to the customer side terminal by a mail.
