DISPLAY METHOD FOR SOLID FIGURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively display an arcuate groove of arbitrary size at an arbitrary place of a right-angled part of a solid figure as a display method for a solid figure generated by using a three-dimensional CAD device. SOLUTION: The right-angled part in the solid figure among ruled lines constituting the shape is discriminated, the coordinates of the end point of the right-angled part are computed by a central processor, and settings are so made as to input the radius value of an arc and the depth of the groove of the arc, so that the groove of an arc of arbitrary size is automatically displayed at the specified right-angled part.
