Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a terminal, a method and a system for collating biological information, by which an illicit action suppressing effect can be improved and security can be enhanced by making it possible to use a substitutive authentication input means only when the proof of a collation target person is left in the case of collation utilization. SOLUTION: In this biological information collating device, when acquiring biological information and collating whether this acquired biological information is matched with collation data previously stored in a storage means or not, only when the proper biological information can be acquired, the input of authentication from the other authentication input means is allowed.
