Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulating fluidized bed furnace wherein the number of plant instruments is reduced together with the reduction of the cost. SOLUTION: Limestone is directly thrown into the circulating fluidized bed furnace 11 from a limestone supply system 50. The thrown limestone desulfurizes any substance (sewerage sludge, residue or disposer) in the furnace, solidifies a sulfur component, and is recovered from a discharge outlet 42 at the outside of the furnace. In the circulating fluidized bed furnace in-furnace desulfurization is ensured with excellent solid/gas contact efficiency and high efficiency. Further, by direct throwing makes an exhaust gas processing system unnecessary, and reduces the number of plant instruments. |
