SOLUTION: The piping joint tool 1 constitutes of a latch unit 10 hooked on a ring-shaped flange part 3a of an existing embedded pipe 2a, a handle unit 20 locked on a ring-shaped flange part 3b of an extendedly provided pipe 2b and a joint member 30 laid between the latch unit 10 and the handle unit 20, wherein a handle part 22 is moved in the direction of the arrow A and the extendedly provided pipe 2b is joined to the existing embedded pipe 2a.
