Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To build up the pressure of an accumulator if a motor-driven oil pump is not actuated, in an arrangement which uses the accumulator for supplying a sufficient amount of hydraulic fluid to a transmission to start up an engine and which builds up the pressure of the accumulator by means of the oil pump. SOLUTION: If the motor-driven oil pump 19b cannot be actuated, the engine is restarted and the pressure of the accumulator 123 is built up by a mechanical oil pump 19a. Thus even if the oil pump 19b cannot be actuated, the mechanical oil pump 19a is actuated whereby the pressure of the accumulator 123 can be built up by the mechanical oil pump 19a.
