Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable resin composition and a biodegradable resin molding body, whereby sludge is effectively used and which is more excellent in performance than conventional degradable resin, and to provide a production method thereof. SOLUTION: The degradable resin composition has a resin component having the degradable resin and sludge component. For example, at least one of aluminum, calcium, iron, silicon, magnesium, titanium, antimony, chlorine, fluorine, fiber component, phosphorus or nitrogen is contained as a component of sludge.
