SOLUTION: This cosmetic is characterized by comprising the following components (a) and (b). (a) a pearlescent pigment obtained by covering the surface of a glass flake with a metal oxide and having 0.1-3.0 μm average thickness, 1-700 μm average particle diameter and 5-500 aspect ratio and (b) a spherical powder.
