Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture natural salt efficiently from sea water. SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for manufacturing salts has a room 3 for manufacturing salts, a heating device 5 in the room 3, and a nozzle 7 for spraying sea water into the room 3. A chevron-shaped roof 19 of the heating device 5 is fitted with several metal radiation plates 21 for improving radiation efficiency. Seawater is sprayed from the nozzle 7 into the room 3 to vaporize the water in the seawater and crystallize and drop salts included in the seawater. The dropped salts are collected by a belt conveyer 27.
