Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freeze deburring apparatus capable of performing deburring treatment by directly projecting shot particles on a burred product by eliminating the mesh cage in a basket and capable of efficiently performing the enhancement of projection efficiency, the reduction of the use amount of cooling gas, deburring treatment or the like, and a shot particle projection method adapted thereto. SOLUTION: A short projection port is provided to the basket rotated so as to be inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to a vertical direction on the rotary axis of the basket and the shot direction is set to a predetermined angle with respect to the rotary axis and shot particles are projected on the vicinity of the lowermost end part inside the basket accumulating burred products. As a result, it becomes possible to provide the lid rotated in synchronous relation of the basket and it becomes unnecessary to provide a mesh cage indispensable heretofore. |
