Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a subsidiary fracture failure of a splicing portion caused by an excessive tensile force when an edge of hot rolled steel strip is wound into a coiler mandrel in an endless hot rolling. SOLUTION: A splicing point is transferred with a trucking device 30 and a cutting target point is decided so as to be situated at the upstream side than the splicing point and the splicing point is always placed safely at the revolute position of a preceding stock even if fluctuations in the cutting work may occur.
