SOLUTION: An intake pump is installed in the sand sedimentation basin or pump well of the relay pump area, and a fine mesh dust extraction screen, a raw water tank and a floating filter medium moving bed type biological membrane filter are arranged to perform the secondary treatment of sewage to effectively utilize treated water.
