Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter membrane element which is made vibration-free in a module so as not to be damaged and can be operated with maintenance-free and to provide a method of producing permeated water. SOLUTION: In the filter membrane element in which spacers are provided on both surfaces of a supporting plate and liquid separation membranes capable of removing impurities in a liquid are each arranged on each spacer, the supporting plate has the gap being airtight with the outside of the supporting plate at least at a part of the supporting plate.
