PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment capable of performing the remote control of electronic equipment even in a place where visibility is interrupted or in a remote place, and confirming the execution state of the remote control. SOLUTION: This communication equipment for performing the remote control of electronic equipment being the target of remote control is provided with a CCD camera part 10 for projecting the remote control situation of a series of equipment to be controlled and a picture processing part 11 for integrating the picture signal into a digital signal. This communication equipment is able to convert the picture digital signal into a radio signal by a control part 5, and to perform radio communication through a base band processing part 4, a radio communication transmitting and receiving part 3, an antenna 2, and a digital radio signal 1 with a cordless telephone set, a home radio equipment, and a portable terminal equipment or the like capable of projecting the picture signal using the radio communication system equal to that of the communication equipment, and to report the remotely controlled situation of the equipment under control to a remote controller.
