SOLUTION: At least one kind selected from among an inorganic oxide group comprising calcium oxide, aluminum oxide, manganese oxide, magnesium oxide, tin oxide, nickel oxide, cobalt oxide, yttrium oxide, ytterbium oxide, zinc oxide, vanadium oxide, and silicon dioxide, exists in the separator for this alkaline secondary battery.
