Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-cycle internal combustion engine, capable of reducing cost and weight or the like, while securing rigidity by reducing the overall number of components and reducing the number of components, such as bolts for assembly. SOLUTION: A body part 1A is provided comprising a cylinder part 3 to be inserted by a piston and a crankcase part 5, rotatably supporting a crankshaft 10 via bearings 17 and 17. The crankcase part 5 is divided into an upper crankcase part 5A and a lower crankcase body 5B at a horizontal plane passing a center axis O of the crankshaft 10, the upper crankcase part 5A and the cylinder part 3 are composed as a an integrated cylinder case body 2, and a fan case base body part 9 is provided integrally on the lower crankcase body 5B.
