METHOD AND EQUIPMENT FOR DRYING TREATMENT OF DEHYDRATED CAKE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an equipment for the drying treatment of a dehydrated cake capable of drying the dehydrated cake formed by a filter press in a place having a limited work area for a short time at a low cost. SOLUTION: A first process wherein the plate-shaped cakes 12 formed from a slurry using a filter press 11 are discharged one by one in a cake shape from the filter press 11 using a cake feed device 14 and individual cakes 12 are housed in a drying container 13 so as to provide a gap between the cakes 12, a second process for moving the drying container 13 housing a plurality of the cakes to a drying work place, a third process attaching a hot air discharge means 15 to the drying container 13 at the drying work place and passing hot air through the drying container 13 to dry the plurality of the housed cakes 12, and a fourth process for discharging the plurality of the cakes after the completion of drying from the drying container 13 are provided.
