Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sterilization performance by managing the quality of steam matched with a purpose and improving the quality of the steam to be supplied to the sterilization vessel of a steam sterilizer and to reduce a running cost regarding the generation of the steam. SOLUTION: In the steam sterilizer provided with the sterilization vessel 1 for housing objects to be sterilized, filling the steam and performing sterilization and a steam introducing space 2 formed adjacently to the sterilization vessel 1 so as to heat the sterilization vessel 1, clean steam is supplied to the sterilization vessel 1 and normal steam is supplied to the steam introducing space 2.
