Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispatching method and device capable of quickly instructing the production of a production lot having time constraint at the time of producing a plurality of production lots according to a set manufacture condition rule. SOLUTION: A residual constraint time indicated by a difference between a constraint time being the maximum residence time and the residence time at that point of time is calculated by a residence time constraint monitoring means 15 for a production lot which is put in a processing waiting state in a process device 1 or a carrying equipment/stocker 3 with time constraint in its residence in the process, and the residual constraint time is compared with a preliminarily set constraint time lower limit value, and when the residual constraint time is not more than the constraint time lower limit value, a constraint event for taking the most priority of the production lot in the process is generated, and the constant event is added to a manufacture condition rule so that production instruction 13 can be performed by a dispatching means 14.
