Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely initialize an ASIC by preventing a power on resetting function of the ASIC from becoming inoperative when a power supply voltage to the ASIC incorporated in a sensor rises moderately as a result of chattering when lead wires of a power supply battery are soldered. SOLUTION: Lead wires 4 and 5 of the battery 3 are soldered to terminal pines 6 and 7. A voltage of Fig. (b) is impressed between VDD-VSS of a microcomputer 1 by the chattering at the soldering time. τ is a period of the chattering. A voltage at an output port (1) steeply rises after a constant time T, thereby supplying electricity to a VDD terminal of the sensor 2. The ASIC incorporated in the sensor 2 surely carries out the power on resetting function. |
