Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underfloor ventilating device, improving a ventilating efficiency without bothering any neighborhood. SOLUTION: The underfloor ventilating device is constituted of a ventilating fan unit 5 consisting of a cross flow fan 3, in which a plurality of blades inclined with respect to the direction of a rotary axis are mounted annularly between one side end plate or a partitioning plate and the other side end plate or partitioning plate, and a motor 4 for rotating the cross flow fan 3, a fan casing 2, receiving the fan unit 5 therein, and a whole surface panel 6, covering an underfloor ventilating port b.
