Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a gas turbine member simplifying the process and possible of reducing the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A laser beam 7 is emitted from a laser head 5 and irradiated on the surface of a stationary vane 1. A shaped hole part of a cooling hole is formed by the irradiation. The opening portion 9 of the shaped hole part is elliptical. The shaped hole part is formed by irradiating the laser beam on the stationary vane 1, while rotating the optical axis of the laser beam. The rotating movement of the optical axis enlarges the region processed by the single irradiation. The number of the irradiation and the frequency of the positioning of the optical axis can be thus reduced. The rotating movement of the optical axis is attained by the circular motion of the laser head 5.
