Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent diffusion of bad smells to the environment in respective stages from the collection of garbage/trash to incineration thereof. SOLUTION: Each garbage/trash bag 12 with garbage/trash 6 stored is collected in a garbage/trash container 13 having a sealed structure. The garbage/ trash container 13 is carried to garbage/trash disposal facility with a garbage/ trash collecting vehicle 14 and accumulated in an automated high-rise storage and retrieval system 15, and controlled for every collection site and collection date. Thereafter, the garbage/trash container 13 sent out from the automated high-rise storage and retrieval system 15 is delivered into a sealed hopper 16 in a sealed form, and the garbage/trash 6 is sent to an incinerator 11 and incinerated while keeping the sealed form.
