CLASSIFYING DISPOSABLE PLASTIC CAP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a classifying disposable plastic cap the expansion or stretching of whose peripheral band in its peripheral direction is controlled with a control mechanism covered and protected by the outside face of the band which is easily removed from a bottle neck part after use by finger while the band is completely separated in its thickness direction. SOLUTION: This disposable plastic cap comprises a cap main body comprising a top panel part and a skirt part whose inside peripheral wall is provided with a thread fitting the thread of a container mouth part, a peripheral band which is connected to the bottom end of the skirt part through a breakable bridge and has a fitting part able to fit a bottle neck on its inner face side, and a mechanism provided on the band for removing from the bottle neck. The mechanism for removing comprises vertical splits extending in its entire thickness and peripheral directions reaching from the outer peripheral face to the inner peripheral face of the band, and fitting parts on the outer peripheral side and the inner peripheral side fittable to each other in the peripheral direction being sectioned at least in a part of the splits.
