Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tonneau board and a cargo net preventing luggage from falling out of the cargo net, enabling easy taking-out of luggage from the cabin side, and allowing easy detachment of them from the luggage room. SOLUTION: A tonneau board 8 comprises a board support frame 9 and a tonneau board body 10 housed in the tonneau board support frame 9. The board support frame 9 is mounted to both side parts 6 of a luggage room 4 to be detachable. Each groove 11 is formed on both side-wall parts 10a, 10b of the tonneau board support frame 9. The tonneau board body 10 comprises two divided boards 8a and 8b hinged to each other. By fitting protruded pieces 13, 14 formed on both sides of the two divided boards 8a, 8b into the grooves 11, the tonneau board body 10 is installed in the tonneau board support frame 9 to allow sliding. A cargo net 15 is suspended from the bottom of the tonneau board support frame 9 to face the tonneau board body 10 and has its open face upward by folding the both divided boards 8a, 8b.
