PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize suitable band control without depending upon an output interface by enhancing general purpose properties of a band control means of a network system. SOLUTION: A band control means 12 in the network system 1 has a sorting means 121, a queuing means 123, a queue 124 and band information 122. Sent data 111 generated from an application 11 is sorted to a group according to a predetermined algorithm by the sorting means 121. The queuing means 123 queues each group to the queue 124. The sent data is fetched from the queue 124 based on the band information 125 of each group, and the sent data is handed to a protocol processor. Thus, the sent data is sent to the band in response to a type so as not to be restricted by a band limit.
