Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the arrived signal informing load in a system for informing the arrival of a mail received through the Internet. SOLUTION: When informing an arrived signal from a main distribution device 111 to a terminal 113 fails, arrival signal data are stored in a transmission data accumulation means 109, the arrival signal report is transmitted to the terminal 113 again after specific time, and the stored arrival signal report data are deleted from the mail distribution device 111. Also, when another mail is received to the same terminal, the mail is deleted. Also, when the transmission of a mail fails, transmission time is changed according to the cause of the failure or the priority order of reporting is set according to the type of the terminal.
