FUEL CELL POWER GENERATING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress adhesion of scale to a valve of a blow-down pipe in a cooling water circulation supply system to facilitate maintenance and inspection. SOLUTION: In a fuel cell power generating device provided with a cooling water circulation supply system for separating a gas-liquid two-phase flow discharged from a cooling plate 1a of a fuel cell main body 1 into steam and cooling water by a steam separator 4 and circulating and supplying the obtained cooling water to the cooling plate 1a, the blow-down pipe 11 incorporating the needle valve 9 and a water level adjusting water discharge pipe 16 incorporating a steam separator water level adjusting valve 7 are connected downstream the heat exchanger 14 in an external cooling circuit provided for cooling a part of cooling water supplied from the steam separator 4 to 100 deg.C or less by external cooling water.
