WWW BROWSER MONITORING METHOD USING APPLICATION OPERATING ON WWW SERVER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a WWW browser monitoring method for allowing an application operating on a WWW server to always monitor whether a WWW browser is operating or halted. SOLUTION: When a WWW browser is started, a WWW browser processor 1 transmits data including a WWW browser identifier from a data transmitting and receiving part 12 through a WWW server processor 3 to a transmission and reception processor 4 at a time interval designated by an application operating on a WWW server, and a monitor processor 6 periodically confirms that the data transmitted from the WWW browser processor 1 are arriving with the designated time interval. Thus, it is possible to always monitor whether the WWW browser is in an operating state or an ended state by the application operating on the WWW server.
