Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pointer-lighting device that suppresses light for lighting a pointer from leaking to the outside and has improved visibility. SOLUTION: The indicator-lighting device, comprises a display panel 5 and a light-shading wall 18. The display panel 5 has a circuit board 1 that is arranged at the front side of a meter body 2, the pointer 4 that is struck to a rotary shaft 3 of the meter body 2, an indicator cap 10 for covering a base section 9 of the pointer 4, an LED 6 for lighting the pointer 4 that is provided on the circuit board 1, a through-hole 11 that is arranged between the circuit board 1 and the pointer 4 and inserts the rotary shaft 3 or a pointer shaft 8 of the pointer 4 and inserts a rotary shaft 3 or an indicator shaft 8 of the pointer 4, and a transmission region 17 for transmitting light from the LED 6. The light-shading wall 18 inhibits the leakage of the light of the LED 6 from the gap between the indicator cap 10 and the display panel 5.
