Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a housing accessory to be installed easily and improve installation strength and maintainability. SOLUTION: An engaging flange 7b is positioned near a major axis of an ellipse hole 9 of a headliner interior material 8, a base part 3 is adhered to the headliner interior material 8 and an engaging rib 7 is inserted into the ellipse hole 9. Successively, the base part 3 is revolved by 90 degrees, the engaging flange 7b is engaged with an inner edge near a minor axis of the ellipse hole 9 and the base part 3 is temporarily fixed to the headliner interior material 8. Thereafter, an inserting rib 11 of a cover part 4 being inserted into a through- hole 10 of the base part 3, a click part 6b of an engagement part 6 of the cover part 4 is engaged with the base part 3, and the cover part 4 is secured to the base part 3 and the headliner interior material 8. The inserting rib 11 penetrating the through-hole 10 of the base part 3 is protruded into the ellipse hole 9 to restrict the base part 3 so as not to revolve.
