Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a diffusion film on the surface of a base material by arranging powder to be a film material in a treatment space, disposing the base material above the powder in the treatment space, and then heating the treatment space. SOLUTION: The quality of the aluminum diffusion film having excellent fatigue life of a base material as well as oxidation resistance can be controlled by regulating the composition of powder consisting of aluminum, aluminum fluoride and aluminum oxide as a diffusion film supply source under the heat treatment condition of about 950 deg.C and also regulating heating time and the amount of the powder mixture, respectively.
