Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based resin emulsion composition of one-pack cold-curing type, excellent in water resistance and solvent resistance. SOLUTION: This water-based resin emulsion composition comprises (A) a water-based resin emulsion which is obtained by copolymerizing (a) a polymerizable double bond-containing monomer having a carbonyl group in its molecule and (b) a polyfunctional monomer having two or more polymerizable double bonds with a self-emulsifiable polyurethane resin as a seed polymer, and (B) an organic polyfunctional hydrazide compound containing at least two hydrazide groups in its molecule.
