Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partitioning wall and a partitioning device in a box of a freezer vehicle or a refrigerator vehicle, which comprise a light-weighted and simple structure and is flexible in size. SOLUTION: The partitioning wall 1 for use in a box of a freezer vehicle or a refrigerator vehicle includes a woven fabric cloth 8 comprising two pieces 5 and 5 of woven fabric facing at a predetermined interval which are coupled with appropriate intervals by an intermediate thread 6, a cover 4 for covering a surface of the cloth 8, and an air feed port 7 provided at an appropriate position of the cover 4. The cover 4 comprises a surface material 2 fixed to surfaces of the two pieces 5 and 5 and a peripheral surface material 3 which is stuck to the surface material 2, covers an end face 9 of the cloth 8 and can be swollen with air.
