COLD-INSULATING COVER OF ARTICLE STORAGE BOX AND COLD- INSULATING STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold-insulating cover and a cold-insulating structure, in which when articles to be cold-insulated are put into an article storage box and transported or stored, transportation efficiencies can be improved, the storage space can be reduced, and moreover high cold-insulating effects can be achieved, and which does not occupy a large space when not in use. SOLUTION: In the cold-insulating cover 10, which is releasably attached to a stackable article storage box 50, the upper side of which is opened, and in the bottom side of which holes 53 are formed, a side surface covering body 11 which surrounds the outer surfaces 51 of the box 50 or is disposed along the inner side surfaces of the box, and an uppermost side lid body 21 which is disposed on the upper surface of a box located on the uppermost stage, thereby covering the upper surface. The lid body 21 stores cool storage mediums.
