Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution member which uses a non-chlorine and non-cellophane polyester film as a substrate, which has the same excellent hand-cutting properties in longitudinal and lateral directions as those of a constitution member made of a cellophane, and which is preferable to use for packaging a medicine. SOLUTION: The constitution member for packaging a medicine has an aluminum foil and a sealant layer, which are successively laminated on a substrate made of a polyester film. The thickness of the substrate is at least 3 μm and at most 6 μm, and the tearing strength of the constitution member is at least 100 g and at most 500 g.
