Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cuvette transfer device capable of easily transferring a cuvette and easily maintaining a specific attitude of the cuvette. SOLUTION: The transfer device of the cuvette having liquid therein for measuring characteristic of the liquid by irradiating a measuring light from a direction crossing the axis in the vertical direction in a state for use and having at least a part of a cross section in the horizontal direction of a rectangular outer shape, wherein there are provided container holding means for holding the cuvette in a fitting state with a space and causing a revolution around a certain rotation center, and attitude defining means for defining the attitude of the cuvette by slidingly contacting with the rectangular part of the cuvette in revolution.
