Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To join one building unit to two other building units one another while reinforcing the intermediate part of the ceiling beam of the building unit when the respective corner parts of the two other building units are butted in the intermediate part of the side surface of the building unit. SOLUTION: In a unit building 10, reinforcing stiffeners 20 for reinforcing the ceiling beam 13 are installed in two positions, respectively, corresponding to ceiling beam base parts 15 on both sides, between which the butting part of each corner part of the building units 11B and 11C is sandwiched, in the intermediate part of the ceiling beam 13 of the building unit 11A. A connecting fitting 30 is mounted don the outer surface of the reinforcing stiffener 20.
