Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polysulfide modified resin usable as a curing agent for urethane resins or epoxy resins which has improved waterproofness and does not cause poor curing or adhesion even in the presence of water. SOLUTION: This polysulfide modified resin is made by introducing an organic silane compound to a polysulfidepolythiol, where the organic silane compound has a functional group capable of bonding to a resin, being especially an alkoxysilane, which acts as a waterproofing agent by reacting with the polymer.
