SOLUTION: A groove is formed at a bottom part of a cavity where a distance between a spiral conductor and a cavity bottom face corresponds to a frequency with respect to a half-wavelength or sufficiently closer to full wavelength and a radio wave absorbing body is inserted in the groove.
