Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly and promptly grasp an operating state of working machines in a process management section and man hour management section and to reflect the state on process management and man hour management. SOLUTION: When the operating state is transmitted to a process server 26 by counting time of rotation and stop of main spindles of the working machines 54 by terminals of working machines, operating time is transmitted by dividing it into actual operating time, non-operating time for preparation and non-operating time. The operating state is further transmitted from the process server 26 to a man hour server 38. Thus, the operating states of the working machines 54 is promptly and exactly grasped by the process server 26 and the man hour server 38.
