Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compress a window list (22) of an audio coder into equal to or less than 1/8 of an original size without degrading the quality. SOLUTION: Storage requests relative to the window list (22) are ruduced by plural differences. Since the difference between arbitrary two adjacent window samples is relatively small, it is more efficient to store the difference above than storing acutal samples.
